Good Question. Most fitted diapers will not be waterproof, so you will have to purchase a diaper cover, if you do not own any. Most people have about 5 or 6 covers, for every 36 diapers. But if you have an AIO diaper, which most resembles a disposable, then YES, these are waterproof and you will not need an extra diaper cover.
